With these covers, Adobe are really going for the ‘Photoshop Elements is for little girls and if you had a pair you’d stump up the cash for Photoshop proper’ angle:
It’s interesting when a company tries to put people off buying one of their products. Luckily, I’m comfortable enough with both my masculinity and my lack of disposable income to be immune to such efforts.
From the 2nd until the 31st October, one of my photographs will be on display at the Jam Factory in Oxford as part of an exhibition called Made in Oxford. It’s a collection of shots by some lovely and talented members of the Oxford Flickr group (and myself), so please do come along and take a look.
It’s free entry, although you should bring your chequebook just in case you should wish to purchase any of the fine works on display. Especially mine: do you have any idea how much it costs to get a photo decently framed?
